Factoid: There was a SNES (not arcade) version
of UN Squadron (AKA: Area 88), a horizontal scrolling shooter,
featured a plane you could "purchase", although
it is called the F-200 Efreet ("the latest in Soviet
technology"). While this plane differs in color scheme,
it is clearly modeled after the Firefox.
DISCUSSIONS & BACKGROUND INFO
I'm not entirely sure what's being said here (it's in Russian)
but apparently it started off with someone questioning the
validity of my Firefox "satellite" photo...not the
first time this has happened. (Translations welcomed!)
